We have put together a few lovely exercises for you to have a look at, to gently increase your weight bearing activity. Any exercise is good, you should always be aiming to stay active throughout your life, and try to include weight lifting under the supervision of a qualified professional. However, in the meantime you can start with these at home as they don’t require any equipment and should be safe for most of you. If you have any concerns please consult with your chiropractor before you start them.
